THE VOTES ARE IN!
TRUTH LEARNING ACADEMY HAS A NEW STUDENT COUNCIL PRESIDENT!
What an exciting time at Truth Learning Academy! Our students have spoken, and we couldn’t be more proud of the enthusiasm, leadership, and courage they showed throughout our Student Council elections!
We were also delighted and honoured to welcome the mayor and a few members of our District Council District Of Tobique Valley to be part of this special day. Having community leaders there to witness and support our students made the experience even more meaningful!
Last Friday, our students cast their votes to choose their grade-level representatives:
Grades 4–6: Charlotte
Grades 7–9: Alyson, Vincent & Joseph
Grades 10–12: Andrew & Janaya
Then came the BIG decision!
Today, students had the opportunity to vote between Andrew and Alyson for the position of Student Council President.
And the results are in… CONGRATULATIONS, ALYSON!
We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Alyson as the next Student Council President of Truth Learning Academy!
A huge congratulations to Andrew as well for stepping forward, showing leadership, and putting himself forward for this important role. We are incredibly proud of BOTH candidates for demonstrating confidence, courage, and a willingness to serve their fellow students.
To all of our newly elected Student Council members: your voices matter, your ideas matter, and your leadership can make a difference. We can’t wait to see what this team accomplishes together!
Let’s give a HUGE round of applause to our new Student Council President, ALYSON!
We are so excited to see where her leadership takes our Student Council this year!
The future of Truth Learning Academy is looking bright!
